Event UK (trading under Just Pay) are based in Sutton, We are a national payment bureau for the hospitality industry established in 1998. Sourcing, verifying, reporting and processing payments to contractors working across the UK in pubs, bars and nightclubs. We are a small, well-established and long-serving team who are looking for a new member to join our family.
Job description
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our entertainment team processing invoices for artists working in the industry.

The successful candidate
Will join and work alongside our team and be able to demonstrate,
. Experience in bookings and payment systems
· A professional attitude
· A passion for working as part of a team, but works equally as well independently
· Exceptional organisational skills
· Strong IT skills and in particular Excel
· Excellent data entry skills - fast and accurate
· Confident communication skills and ability to provide constructive challenge
. Be able to flex the their working hours based on the needs of the business
Preferably however not essential
. Data entry skills
. Payroll skills

Minimum 40 hours per week to include weekends on a rota basis
