One of the country's largest firm of costs lawyers and law costs draftsmen is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to work from the Birmingham office and join our established team.
We provide legal costing, negotiation, advocacy and advisory services to solicitors and barristers.

Successful applicants will require:
- Proven administrative experience
- Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills proven at all levels
- Customer relationship skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team with a strong work ethic
- IT knowledge of Microsoft Office
- An ability to understand new programmes quickly
- Initiative in respect of problem solving and dealing with new IT software/file formats
- Good experience of Outlook and Excel
- GSCE grades A to C in Maths and English
Administrative duties:
- General administration tasks such as dealing with telephone calls, e-mails, data entry, organising and arranging files
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Communicate with clients and providing updates
- Working with spreadsheets
- Supporting Processing Team with other administrative duties including submitting claims to the Legal Aid Agency
The role is office based and full training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,100.00 per year
