Job description
The Administrator is responsible to and accountable to the Project Manager and General Manager, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore. The role involves assisting in the co-ordination of the mobilisation plan.
Duties include:
Providing effective and efficient administration systems for the management of information for the mobilisation plan.
Support the contract undertaking general administration and project work, as required by the Project Manager and General Manager.
Ensure that all correspondence and documents are recorded, filed, and archived appropriately.
Manage and co-ordinate diaries, movements and meeting/activity bookings, of the Project Manager and General Manager.
Attendance at meetings to take minutes and circulate them as directed.
To carry out other related duties as required by the Project Manager and General Manager.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, use own initiative and work well unsupervised.
High level of numeracy, literacy skills and excellent IT skills.
