Job Description
ICM Enterprises (UK) Ltd is recruiting an Admin Assistant to join our team. We are looking to expand our team with a like-minded hard-working individual who is happy to spend the majority of their time conducting courtesy calls to our customers.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to help to organise and run the ICM Enterprises office from an admin perspective.
Duties:
- Making courtesy calls to our customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Checking and verifying information provided
- Assist all departments with general admin tasks
- General filing and scanning
- Answering phone calls
- Tea and coffee making duties for fellow colleagues
- Researching and gathering data
- Assisting in company promotions such as mail shots and promotional events
Experience/Desirable Skills:
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £8.50-£11.00 per hour
