Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – Sales (£45k Year 1!)

- Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £45,000
- Year 2 OTE: £55,000 - £70,000
- Year 3 OTE: £80,000 - £100,000+
Recruitment Consultant – Ideal Candidate:
· B2B sales experience or estate agents – looking for more financially rewarding careers or greater progression
· Individuals with strong commercial experience- working within an office, have any sales or recruitment experience
· OR a Top 20 University graduate obtaining a 2:1 or above
· People who have started a career and want to see more progression, better financial reward and have a more stimulating day to day tasks
· Competitive individuals, those who competed at sport to a high level, or been apart of a team sport
Recruitment Consultant – The Opportunity
· Market leading commission structure (up to 35% uncapped commission paid monthly!)
