ICH are looking for a confident and outgoing individual to join the Maintenance Department, working with various teams within the department to understand their administrative needs and provide support, where required.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills, who can work as an individual or a team player and thrives within a high-pressure environment.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
Booking in engineer attendances directly with sites.
Processing access requests and permits to work.
Hiring access equipment.
Producing and analysing reports, utilising the job management system.
Expanding and updating customer contact information.
Entering details of HVAC asset information onto the in-house system.
Supporting the Customer Service Department with telephone calls and potentially email enquiries, when required.
Updating client portals.
Data cleansing.
Dealing with engineers’ requests.
Booking accommodation for field engineers.
Supporting departments with any administrative duties they require.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £21,700.00 per year
