Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will support the Director in the daily administrative needs of the organization. This position will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with Hunters policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
·Assist with office and administrative support, including but not limited to, filing, printing, invoicing, Sales & Purchase Ledger, cash handling.
·Assist the Director in preparing financial statements.
·Assist in preparation of reports.
·Maintain files, records, and databases as assigned by the Director.
·Maintain confidentiality of all confidential files and information at Hunters.
·Maintain accurate records
Required Skills:
·Excellent written and oral communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to effectively interact with people at all levels within Hunters and outside of Hunters. This includes but not limited to: interpersonal skills, professional communication, organizational skills, time management skills, problem solving abilities, etc.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £15,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
