Hull West & Central Locality Team are looking to recruit a highly motivated Band 2 Administration Assistant.
They will be primarily based within the Locality Adult Mental Health Team in West Hull but may be required to work at East on occasions. Will be required to deal with calls and enquiries from service users, staff and other agencies on a daily basis. They will be expected to support the team with general administrative issues and support the senior band 3 administrators with their role as necessary.
Applicants will be expected to have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and be able to display a high standard of communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be self-motivated and a committed team player with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The ability to prioritise workloads, maintain flexibility in response to change and have a proactive approach to work is important; as is the ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude and use of initiative when dealing with unexpected situations.
The post holder will receive regular supervision and attend relevant training identified through Knowledge and Skills Framework processes and their individual performance and development review (PADR).
