Henderson House Care Home is looking for an Administrative Assistant with previous Recruitment experience.
Henderson House Care Home is based in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, and provides exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for up to 60 residents over three floors.

Every day will offer plenty of variety and great administration skills are a pre-requisite for the role. Working alongside the Home Administrator, this is a fantastic role to be a part of an experienced team, where creativity and empowerment are encouraged.
Administrator Contract
- £9.50 per hour
- Contracted to 20 hours per week
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Onsite parking
- PVG paid
Administrative Assistant Tasks
- Assisting Home Adminitrator with recruitment process while ensuring safer recruitment standards are met.
- CV screening and conducting telephone interviews to shortlist exceptional candidates;
- Checking Right To Works, obtaining references and relevant qualifications;
- Assisting with onboarding successful candidates;
- Dealing with general administration and providing any other ad hoc support needed.
- First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
- An ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around Henderson Care Home and integrating with the local community
- Managing the enquiry database
- Setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents’ agreements, team members contracts, payroll etc..
