Job description
We are a great company, we are currently looking for an administration assistant to assist our business development manager initially on a contract until christmas however if the candidate is good, professional and becomes an assit, then a full time contract can be discussed.
Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our Business development manager.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with organizing meetings and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for our Business development manager and his team.
- Data entry and filing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
