Job description
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our busy Admin Department, the successful applicant will have a varied role within the department and will be professional, confident, self motivated and able to work well as part of a team.
Duties will include maintaining our electronic and manual logging and filing systems and keeping track of all enquiries through our systems from beginning to end.
High standards of typing skills are required for transcribing recorded telephone conversations, so applicants will need the ability to listen, interpret and evaluate these appropriately.
They will ensure that all correspondence which leaves the building is of a high and accurate standard, whether by post or email and will help with the dispatch of post daily, also assisting with periodic mail shots.
A confident telephone manner is essential as they will be answering the telephone and making calls to both clients and suppliers.
Other general office duties will be expected, as and when required, maintaining the highest of standards at all times.

Salary: £19,000.00 per year
