Job description
About us
We are a busy family-run company who help customers locally and across the UK with Protection Advice (personal and business insurance) and Wills & Estates Planning.
We have a laid-back vibe in the office. We work as a team, we are always very busy and we work really hard but we also don't take ourselves too seriously and we like to have fun. Our staff members are really important to us and you won’t be treated as just a number.
We are looking for a new team member to work as an Administrative Assistant with us at our office based near the Lighthouse in Poole. We need some administrative help on the protection side of our business, to include pipeline management, liasing with clients and providers, application processing, etc.
We are looking for someone full-time for 37.5 hours per week, however, for the right person, we can be flexible. Our usual office hours are 9.30-5.30pm however, this can be flexible for the right person following training.
You’ll work in the office alongside our Operations Manager, Ellie (and her dog, Tammie who comes to the office most days).
The role will initially be office-based. There is the potential to do some work from home hours in the future but this would be after full training.
The salary offered for this role is £23,000-£25,000 based on experience.
