In this role, you will work closely with the office-based operations support team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation. Additionally, you will receive valuable training in software and processing, further enhancing your skills and professional development.
We are specifically seeking an Admin Assistant who possesses the ability to raise and file purchase orders, book travel & flights, alongside proficiency in general administration using Microsoft applications and email. If you have previous office/admin experience, organisational skills, confidence in communicating with customers via email, and a basic understanding of accounts, this role is tailor-made for you.
Role Overview:
· Raise and file purchase orders
· Booking travel & flights
· Assist with general administration tasks
· Maintain organised filing systems

· Previous office/admin experience
