Salary: £20,812 - £21,968 FTE (£18,520 - £19,549 pro rata)
We require a proficient administration assistant to support in the office, of day to day running of administration at the Sunnyside Primary Academy on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role:
You can expect to support the Office Manager in a range of administrative and clerical duties such as compiling data and creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems. You will also be the first point of contact for parent/carers, will deal with incoming and outgoing communications, handle messages and undertake administration tasks for trips and visits, as well as be the health and safety contact for the children.
To be successful, you will be confident, able to multi task, ‘think on your feet’ and have experience of providing a professional administration service in an educational setting with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures. Team player mentality and ability to work well under pressure is essential.

Sunnyside Primary Academy is a GAT academy in Northampton. The academy is a warm and friendly school that delivers a rich and engaging curriculum to pupils from Reception to Year 6.
