PROFILE
We are seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Vancouver office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting both legal professionals and assistants within the practice area of Business Law.
- Drafting and preparing letters, memos and correspondence as directed by legal professionals.
- Maintaining hard copy and electronic files for legal professionals and assistants.
- Coordinating administrative tasks, such as the opening and closing of files.
- Processing billable and non-billable time and invoices.
- Scanning, copying and filing as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience working as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
- Strong client service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with firm members at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize and redefine priorities as required.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a professional demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of current software applications.
