An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a fast-growing online retail business based in Newton Abbot.

We are looking for a determined, creative, hard-working individual to join our team. Experience in digital marketing would be advantageous, however, this is not a requirement and with the right attitude and ambition, candidates without specific experience will be considered.

This varied role will provide support to the marketing the team in the execution of it’s strategies with a focus on website merchandising, email and social.

Key responsibilities:

Website Merchandising

  • Regularly updating all visual merchandising in line with new product releases and seasonal changes
  • Updating product label messaging (New, Out of stock, Sale)
  • Updating product category structure
  • Updating Amazon Store Pages
  • Finding and researching opportunities for improvements.

Email Marketing

  • Assist with the planning & Scheduling of campaigns
  • Review and optimise email automations
  • Reporting on subscriber data and sales performance

Social Media

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable social media posts.
  • Regularly posting content, responding to comments and messages,
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute paid social campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Support the marketing team in coordinating social media promotions, giveaways, and contests.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates
  • Monitor user-generated content and encourage customers to share their experiences
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and maintain a positive online reputation.
