We are currently seeking an experienced, professional and supremely organised Administration Assistant to support our Director of Engineering and the Technical Services team, working 20 hours per week.
The on target earning potential for this role is £13.59 / hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £11.86, plus a qualified estimate of £1.73 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Providing administrative support to our Director of Engineering, looking after both Gleneagles and the Gleneagles Townhouse, with all risk, compliance, energy, data input and projects
- You’ll play a key role in the maintenance of our luxury assets for our owners, guests, visitors and your colleagues, including planned preventative maintenance programmes, legal compliance, ESG / green compliance, projects and risk
- Uploading to cloud-based tracking systems for compliance, utilities and tracking through excel based programmes
- Creating Gleneagles Townhouse, project and utility purchase orders through SUN P2P
- Proactively responding and developing administrative solutions as our processes evolve
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person we're looking for:
- Ideally, you’re already established in a similar role, with a fantastic customer service experience
- You’re proficient in Excel and all Microsoft programmes
- Energised and fuelled by a high paced operation and equally high expectations, you’re resilient, and skilled at managing multiple and often competing priorities
- Your attitude and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it’s the first time
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
