Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced and organised administrative Assistant to support the Executive PA to the CEO and the wider team in a fast paced environment.
This role is unlike any other, working within a fast-paced care environment you shall also be in and amongst those that we support. There is also the opportunity to work overtime, on support shifts too. Th

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (or 08:00 to 16:00)
Duties & Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
- Assisting with Rota Management
- Filing and Document Management
- Minute Taking
- Handling calls
- Visitor Management
- General administrative support around the office
- Ability to manage your own time effectively, while managing others also.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel and have a willingness to learn the use of our in-house databases.
- Ensure that any documents are effectively stored safely.
- Undertake other duties as requested by your Line Manager.
Ideal Candidate
- GCSEs or equivalent qualification required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.

Within our large property, on Hucclecote Road (Gloucester), we are all based on site. Our middle floor is our education centre, delivering education to the majority of those that we support. On this floor, we have a cinema room, games room, art rooms, recording studio, music room and so much more. On our top floor, this is our respite and residential floor. This floor is split, The Forest and The Lakes, with a variety of needs in each area. Being a Senior Recruitment consultant with us, you will work amongst all of these, enabling every day to really be different!

The Pay Spiel:
We can offer you a full-time contract, on a competitive starting salary of £22,000 per annum.
