We are on the lookout for a rockstar admin assistant, who’s ready to get stuck in and work collaboratively. This is not your typical admin job - we want you to own your corner of the business, improve processes, and do anything you can to leave our customers happy. Once you’ve found your feet we want you to make this position your own, and we will make sure you have the flexibility to make it work for you.

The Role:
You’ll be working directly with clients, using your judgement to manage incoming requests and delegate to the team accordingly.
- Supporting a portfolio of clients, from high fashion to tech agencies.
- Checking and sending bank statements, processing invoices, and ensuring that records are kept organised and up to date.
- Following credit control procedures, which could include setting up automations as well as sending emails and making phone calls.
- Manage the office phone lines.
- Delegate incoming tasks to the right team members and follow up where needed.
- Have a solutions oriented approach, always on the lookout for ways to solve problems or improve processes.
- Take responsibility for your outputs and manage them around your lifestyle in a way that works for you!
We’re keen to adapt to the right person - this could be for anywhere between 20-30 hours a week depending on your needs. There will be some time required in the office, but again, we’re happy to discuss what this looks like for you. Please include a cover letter in your application and detail what you are looking for.

- Have worked with customers directly, either face to face or over the phone.
- Are digitally enabled and can pick up new technology easily, although we will provide specific training where required.

The office is based on the beautiful Greenway Farm, just outside of Bristol, so your own vehicle is essential, with access to our free parking.
