Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges. The role involves supporting the founders of the company with a variety of tasks, including data entry, data cleansing, social media management, diary management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the founders' diaries, including organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with data entry and data cleansing operations.
  • Manage social media accounts and schedule posts.
  • Liaise with team members and clients on the founders' behalf.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Adapt to the use of new digital tools and software as needed.

Requirements:

  • Reside in or around the Bournemouth area (UK).
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Google Chrome plugins, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident communicator.
  • Ability to learn new skills and systems quickly.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection at home.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £15,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
