We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our Membership Team.

As a Sales Trainer, you will facilitate, deliver and follow up for all Membership Consultants and Front of House Assistants across the UK to increase overall sales competence.

The role:

• Ability to scope, design, deliver and evaluate sales training across the business that align with the sales strategy set by the Executive Team.
• Facilitate and follow up with all Membership Consultants and Front of House Assistants across the UK to increase overall sales competence
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and improve sales training programmes including sales techniques, product knowledge and customer service skills
• Travelling across our clubs in the UK to deliver training
• Monitoring team members' performance, which includes call quality, tour quality and updating processes and training documentation

What qualities does a Sales Trainer need to join Virgin Active?
