Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls from service techs to schedule duct cleanings
- Answer incoming calls from duct cleaners to schedule services sold while on site
- Monitor the schedule to be sure that all technicians have dispatched to their jobs on time
- Communicate with the Indoor Air Quality Manager regarding the schedule’s needs, issues or concerns,
- Answer incoming calls from duct cleaning customers to confirm date/time of scheduled appointment
Core Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously
- Ability to show empathy when responding to customer’s needs
Compensation:
- $15 - 20/hr, based on experience
- Paid hourly/weekly
Office Hours:
- Monday through Friday – 7AM until 5PM
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Customer Service/office administrative experience is preferred
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Dependable/Punctual
- Team player
