Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Apprentice
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, driven individual to become part of a growing business and design team. We are looking for a talented and creative individual with a strong flair for new ideas who has knowledge and experience with creating amazing content.

Annual wage - £10,400

Working week - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be responsible for various design tasks and ongoing projects within the company and for our multitude of clients. The graphic designer will be part of a team that develops highly engaging
and creative content for our brand. This includes graphics for websites, social media, email marketing, and all of our paid media channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creative conceptualisation and ideation. Bringing your designs to life with the intention of designing for print and digital.
- As a graphic designer you will be working as part of a small team and we are looking for an innovative creative individual to join the team.
- Be passionate about your work, creating a working environment that stretches and pushes innovative talents.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with other departments and staff members to ensure internal communication.
- Working on numerous design projects ranging from Point-of-sale display units, product packaging, poster adverts, digital marketing and more.
- Be able to design original pieces; Photography, refine images, fonts and layouts using Adobe software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) essential
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
- BCS Digital Marketer Level 3
- Google Analytics IQ
The Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship will give you the skills to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention. You will gain knowledge and skills in social media, content writing and email, marketing, SEO, analytics, paid advertising, basic website management and much more.
The structured part of your apprenticeship training will be provided by JBC Skills Training, we are a specialist technical IT training provider.
You will also learn on-the-job, working alongside experienced colleagues.
