Job Purpose
To assist in the day to day operations of the department by ensuring accurate and timely completion of allocated duties including:
- Scanning/indexing
- Diary management
- Instructing experts such as claims handlers and underwriters
- Entering payments into the system
- Data entry and general ad-hoc assistance
The ideal candidate
- IT literate
- Confident on the telephone
- Motivated with good interpersonal, and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, diplomatic, and flexible
- Keyboard/PC and Microsoft ‘office’ skills
- Can work well in a team
Company Package
- Salary £21,000 - £22,500 depending on experience
- Plus £360 per year well-being payment (£30 per month)
- 35 hour working week
- Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)
