Office Assistant
Absolute Services Intl services are a growing, fast-paced, and friendly owned business. We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the administrative and clerical functions at one of our clients office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning documents into our record system.
- Meet and greet potential clients.
- Joining in at network events.
- Keeping track of all incoming calls
- Keeping track of all paperwork for quotations to be made.
- Staying professional at all times.
- Maintain security information withing the office.
- Communicate with clients in a prefessional manner.
- Communicate with other departments to relay messages from time to time.
- Communicate with other departments.
- Communicate with staff members when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or secretary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- West Bromwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
