East of Scotland Growers is a farmer owned cooperative, supplying fresh produce to the UK and European market place. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small but dedicated team.
Duties and responsibilities -
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- General administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for paper and electronic documents.
- Finance administration and invoice processing a major component of the role.
- Manage office diary and update online systems simultaneously.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for staff.
- Confidently act as point of contact between staff, suppliers, hauliers and customers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Ideal candidate will have -
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and a natural multi tasker.
- Be resourceful, confident and detail orientated.
This position is based in our Cupar offices. Mon - Fri 08:30 – 17:00
