IT Admin Assistant
Chandlers Ford
The Role:
We have an exciting position available within our IT Team based at our Office in Chandlers Ford.
This role will involve working as part of a team, providing an excellent level of service to our IT users. You will be the first point of contact for our IT helpdesk and will be responsible for escalating issues internally and externally as required.
You will be an excellent communicator and will have a keen enthusiasm to develop a career in IT. This is an entry level role and therefore, previous experience is not required.
The successful candidate will be methodical in their approach, inquisitive and highly organised. On the job training will be provided and you will have exposure to a wide range of IT problems and solutions. You will need to have a car for this role as you will be travelling to other offices (mileage between offices is paid).
