Job description
We have a vacancy for a Finance /Admin Assistant in our small but busy team and we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual.
Core duties include: -
· Reception duties, ensuring all visitors are received and signed into site appropriately and that hosts are informed of arrival.
· General office administration, reception switchboard operation, Stationary ordering, filing and maintenance of general office process.
· Weekly payroll preparation, administration calculation, and system maintenance.
· Purchase Ledger processing of invoices and supplier payments and account reconciliations.
· Provide absence cover for Sales Ledger processing including diaries, dispatch notes, customer invoicing.
· Support ongoing business needs of the Senior Management team, operating as a member of the Finance/Administration team.
Familiarity with and ability to operate Microsoft Office is essential for this role. Experience of Sage 200 other software applications operated by R K Drysdale Ltd would be desirable.

Full Time, permanent role
Monday – Friday: Hours 8.00am-4.30pm
Salary: dependent upon experience
