Job description
Our Receptionist/Administrator team undertake a wide variety of tasks including, checking patients in for their appointments, booking appointments, answering telephone queries and processing incoming and outgoing post.
The role would suit someone who is good at multitasking, problem solving with an empathetic nature, who has a passion for helping patients and providing excellent customer service.
The reception team is currently made up of 6 staff members based in the Outpatients department at Dorking Community Hospital, Oxted Health Centre and Holmhurst Medical Centre. The staff work on a rota basis, which includes evenings and some weekends, the shift pattern varies from week to week.
This is a part time role, up to 30 hours per week, but full time hours may be considered.
