Cunard Consulting are a small, agile tech company working with cutting edge technologies including OpenAI (the engine behind ChatGPT). Here we are always looking for candidates with different backgrounds to bring in new ideas to help take us to new heights.
This role is ideal for candidates from other disciplines who demonstrate entrepreneurial skills from offering their own services and communicating with clients directly. Candidates may come from a background such as a freelance teacher /trainer (eg. yoga / dance etc.), artist, receptionist, or study for a postgraduate degree (whilst having experience working part-time). We are looking for a person who knows the importance of a proactive approach because they have experienced it first-hand (e.g. by building up their classes, services, or own online / social media platform). It is a great opportunity for part-time workers / freelancers to learn new skills and do something more desk-based as well as gain exposure to tomorrow’s tech such as AI – training will be provided as part of the job.

Responsibilities
The role will involve taking on various tasks at different times, guidance will always be available. Some examples are below.
● Help with sales – contacting clients (email, LinkedIn navigator, Upwork etc.) with predefined templates and processes – getting responses and passing them on to the team.
● Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success.
● Coordinate scheduling with clients and other members of the team eg. Recruitment, Tech.
● Being in interviews for potential candidates to assess the HR side of things.
● Contribute with ideas on features for new products leveraging AI
● Help with running team meetings.
● Monitoring sub-contractor work using pre-defined processes.
Qualifications
● Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
● Fluent in English
● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Candidate must have own laptop.
Compensation: £1k-£1.5k pm / for 16-24 hrs a week (equivalent to 2 – 3 days a week); flexible hours
Location: Mostly Remote; in-person meetings in Surrey Quays, London.
