We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Admin Assistant to join our busy team.
Job Overview
This role offers an opportunity for a varied workload providing admin support to accounts, marketing and sales teams. As a successful candidate, you will need to be a committed individual who ideally has had experience working in a professional environment in an administration role.
Working in a busy office, this role offers a changing daily workload depending on business needs so you must be adaptable and keen to learn different work processes. All necessary training will be given and your duties will include:
Customer Service:
- Take incoming calls to support sales and administration teams
- Contact customers with information and ticket updates
Marketing Support:
- Support marketing team with event document preparation
- Source and create industry relevant content for website and social media platforms
- Support with content creation for website blogs
- Sourcing brand imagery for content creation
- Support with company workwear orders
- Support with mailing list management
Sales Support and Project Management:
- Prepare meeting agenda’s
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes and prepare post meeting emails/tasks
- Update Project plans under supervision from Project Coordinator
- Assist Project Coordinator with tracking project tasks with internal teams
- Assist with tender documents.
- Track sales tickets and escalate as necessary
Administration:
- Contract preparation and filing
- Sales sheet monitoring and processing
- Take delivery of incoming stock
- Stock control returns from customers
Skills and Attributes
All necessary training will be given, but essentially you will be someone with existing admin experience and an interest to learn aspects of marketing and sales support. You will also have:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Highly motivated and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently when necessary
- Ability to use own initiative
- Prioritise workload
- Good time management
- Value excellent customer service
