A fantastic position has just become available for a Legal and Admin Assistant to join our rapidly growing business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Legal and Admin Support team are involved in various aspects of the Firm, from general administration tasks to assisting our busy Legal Team. Managing incoming and outgoing post, updating our digital case management system to process legal tasks and undertaking the majority of the legal administrative tasks within our conveyancing process. The Legal Support Team are integral in the administrative and legal support functions of our Firm and are a key factor in how our clients experience our service. The individual must be prepared to work as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues and clients in a professional and tactful manner and in doing so present a positive image of the Company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Providing daily support to Admin Assistants
  • Attending to any urgent queries escalated by Team Leader
  • Updating digital case management system
  • Filing, scanning, copying and faxing documents
  • Speaking with clients over the phone and in person
  • Undertaking the majority of the legal administrative tasks within our conveyancing process

Salary: From £20,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday

  • London, TW9 1DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
