Job Role
You'll be providing excellent customer service to CLEVR Money customers and providing admin support to the staff team.
Key Tasks
Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate.
Respond to voicemails.
Receive and respond to customer email messages.
Maintain a thorough and accurate electronic filing system for customer records.
Ensure that member statements are produced and sent out on a daily basis.
Manage the customer self service portal.
Update customer files to support compliance with data protection requirements.
Review supporting documentation provided from loan applicants and ensure all documentation is correct and validated prior to transferring to assessment.
Review customer identity check reports and request additional documentation where necessary in accordance with policy.
Follow up on loan leads daily.
Close applications from applicants where documents have not been submitted.
Provide general administrative support.
Process incoming and outgoing post.
Assist with daily banking transactions.
Other duties commensurate with the post.
Key Deliverables
1. To deliver high levels of customer service via phone and email.
2. To prioritise workload in order to meet time sensitive tasks.
3. To support compliance relating to the storage of records.
4. To provide statistics and data to management as required.
5. To provide administrative support during our AGM.
Hours of Work
37 hours a week:-
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
Other information
Company uniform will be supplied.
