Llais is a new national, independent body set up by the Welsh Government to give the people of Wales a voice in their health and social care services.
Job Overview
Our role is to engage with and listen to the patients and public of Wales. We do this by reaching out to people in their local communities, hearing their views and understanding their experiences of health and social care. We will feed back to decision-makers to help shape and influence future services.

A fantastic opportunity has become available at Llais Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan Region for a Band 3, 37.5 hours per week.
This role is primary based in the Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan Regional office. This is hybrid role, with both remote and office-based working.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable
Main duties of the job
To provide an administration service to the office in specified areas and to support the office across a wide range of administrative tasks. To provide administrative support to Llais meetings and groups as required.
