Salary £21,661 to £24,685 per annum
The College is looking to appoint a full time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across the College, whilst assisting the Finance Team with correctly documenting and maintaining financial processes and procedures that keep the College's day-to-day processes running smoothly.
Although a member of the finance team, the role does not require any financial or accounting experience as all tasks are purely administrative.
To be successful in this role you must have extensive administrative experience, ideally in an educational or similar environment but this is not essential.
You will have good IT skills, be proactive with excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide variety of people and be a great team player.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
