Cherryfield Ecology is a small family run business based in Bedfordshire. We provide wildlife surveys for planning applications and have been in business since 2015. We are currently experiencing a strong level of growth and are now looking to increase the Admin Team to help with the increased workloads.
Cherryfield Ecology requires an Admin Assistant to help with its day to day office work, this will be based in our small office in Houghton Conquest, with an option to home work at later date. You will assist our Admin Director in the day to day tasks that are required to keep the business moving effectively.
This will include but not be limited to -
Booking in work for the surveying team and creating job sheets on a weekly basis for the survey team.
Data entry.
Ordering data from the local centres.
Emailing clients with dates and times of surveys to be undertaken.
Organising and emailing the sub-contactors surveys dates, times etc.
As a minimum you will have the following -
You will have good personnel skills, knowledge and use of Microsoft word packages, and email packages.
Confidence talking to clients and directing them to the correct team member(s).
Have good written and spoken English, with an education of at least English, Maths and Science to GCSE or higher level.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
