The Role

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant who is organised, motivated and able to communicate well with others.

As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties such as, creating and maintaining databases and liaising with customers and internal members of the team in a professional and confident manner. The postholder will offer support to the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day duties within the office. Completing tasks accurately and to deadlines, including carrying out data processing, answering phone calls, pro-actively contacting customers to arrange site inspections and maintaining accurate and concise notes on the appropriate operating systems following each phone call.

Full training and development will be given to aid progression within the company.
