Customer Administrator - Full Time Home based Office Administration role
Fully home based with all training and equipment provided for you
Position is very long term with excellent chance of permanent contract for the right person
- £412.00 per week
- Mon to Fri (with requirement to work 4 hours on a Saturday once a month - OT rate will be paid for this)
- Hours are 08.00-4.30 and 09.30-6pm (alternate weeks)
- Full time role
Main Duties:
- Taking incoming calls from customers.
- Processing property repair claims
- Data entry work
- General office administration
- Scheduling repair and maintenance work to be carried out by maintenance engineers at customer addresses.
All applicants must have the following:
- Good previous experience as an office administrator
- A very good telephone manner
- Superb communication skills
- A confident nature and excellent customer service skills
- Able to work at least once a month on a Saturday for 4 hours (overtime rate is paid for this)
- Able to work 08.00-4.30 and 09.30-6pm Mon-Fri alternate weeks
- Available to start work ASAP
- Home based role
