Job description
Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or staff members.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and arrange logistics for conferences, seminars, and other company events.
- Assist in maintaining and updating company databases, including contact lists and customer information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and gather information as required.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets, expense reports, and financial records.
- Collaborate with team members and other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and employees.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
