Admin Assistant, Network Control - 12 month Secondment
Hybrid with a Ansty office base
£21,287 - £25,043

The Administrative Assistant will carry out a range of administrative tasks to support Network Control in accordance with the Safe Control of Operations (SCO). The role holder will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate processing and clearance of SCO works within the required timeframes.
They must have good communication skills, both verbally and in written form and attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The individuals will be interacting with internal and external customers.
Day to day
- Handling phone calls
- Data entry
- Auditing of paperwork
- Management of emails in the Network Control .box and responding to queries
- Production of audit packs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are fulfilled within the required timescales
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and production of MI
- Assisting with the training of other team members when required
You will bring
- Good general level of education
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other core systems
- High standard of keyboard skills
- Confident speaking on the telephone and dealing with a high volume of phone calls
- Data input and analysis skills
- Able to consistently work to a high standard of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to ensure that successful relationships are established and maintained.
- Strong customer focus
- Experience of prioritising workload and working to deadlines
- Comfortable with working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Able to follow procedures and policies and understands the impact of non-compliance
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business
