Business Hunters are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join our small team and work with our Operations Manager.
Business Hunters is an outsourced sales function for other businesses around the world. Business Hunters primarily offers high-level introductions to businesses on an enterprise level, having relationships with some of the most exciting brands in all different sectors.
The role:
- We are searching for an Admin Assistant who will support the Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks managing a portfolio of client accounts.
- Assisting with the day-to-day activities including timely processing of client emails to schedule introductory virtual video meetings, and communicating between client and their customers.
- To maintain, organise and add to the appointments / meetings CRM system, ensuring all appointments are sent, scheduled, rescheduled where necessary as well as handling cancelled appointments and informing participants.
- Prepare for client video meetings, attendance at those client meetings, produce minutes and update the CRM with details of the meeting, manage the output and requirements of such meetings and any other administration duties requested.
- Daily report on arrange meetings as well as potential meetings ahead.
- Updating contracts and sending to respective contacts.
Experience, skills & technical knowledge required:
- Excellent and confident communication skills and experience of dealing with people.
- Be able to work under pressure and multitask with superb organisational skills.
- Have Microsoft Outlook and Calendars experience.
- Zoom Host role and Teams Organiser role management experience is essential for the role.
- Should be used to working from home as well as hybrid role.
- Glass half full personality, self motivated, along with being able to work on your own autonomously.
- At least 2 years Admin experience in an office environment, preferably B2B.
- Be a team player - we are a small team therefore it's essential we are all working together.
- Good verbal communication and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
