Our organisation is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team and help with a variety of administrative, clerical and reception duties. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented and has excellent communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of standard office procedures. We're looking for a motivated professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and an interest in contributing to team development and success.
Responsibilities:
· Answering overflow calls
· Creating and replying to emails
· Updating software and CRM
· Managing reports
· Printing and posting letters for HMRC
· Keeping reports about any correspondence sent
· Helping support a fully functioning accountancy practice
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
