Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly capable Conveyancer and Real Estate Assistant to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will primarily focus on residential and commercial conveyancing, while also providing general administration support. As an integral member of our dynamic office, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment that values flexibility, teamwork, and efficient communication.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of conveyancing services for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in document preparation.
- Process new listing and sales files, maintaining meticulous records and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare bank deposits and assist in financial transactions related to property purchases and sales.
- Handle general administration and reception duties, exhibiting professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless workflow and support the overall success of the office.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and proficiency in conveyancing processes and associated tasks.
Requirements:
- Preference of 1 year of experience in conveyancing and/or real estate assistance, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software such as BrokerWolf and Transaction Desk is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, allowing you to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.
