We are a UK based steel manufacturing company, looking to expand our workforce based in Beckenham.
We are looking for an enthusiastic admin assistant to join the team and provide general administrative support.
The candidate will be required to assist in daily office duties and general administrative tasks. The individual should have excellent oral and written communication skill and be able to prioritise work loads.
The successful candidate will report to the Office Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting in the preparation of general office documentation
- Writing email correspondence
- General day-to-day administrational support
- Book Couriers
- Assisting in arranging deliveries
- Developing and maintaining filing systems
- Updating and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Photo copying and scanning

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
