We are now recruiting a nursery administrator for our head office (Best Childcare Nursery) . You will be the first point of contact via the telephone therefore excellent communication skills are essential to this role. Responsibilities include over seeing parents accounts/ billing information, the upkeep of sage, the up keep and operation of our nursery software system (Connect Childcare), stock control, emails and other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Nursery Manager.
This is a busy, varied environments where no two days are the same.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in an office environment
- Experience of invoicing, purchase orders and petty cash
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- High knowledge of general computer use, accurate use of Microsoft word and excel.
- Previous experience or willing to train in Sage.
- Good communication and organization skills, as well as an outgoing, friendly personality are out key attributes.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
