We have exciting opportunities for an Administrators to join our team at the B&M Distribution Centre in Middlewich!
We have a few positions, offering the following shifts:
Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6am
Friday – Sunday 7pm – 6am
This is a hands-on, varied role in a fast-paced department which offers lots of opportunity to expand your knowledge and career progression! To be successful, you will be able to build great business relationships and have excellent administrative and communication skills.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Responsible for booking in deliveries
- Dealing with issues which occur
- Liaising with buyers, booking and merchandisers department
- Creating waves, work for the pickers.
- Assist with the systematic loading of the trailer/paperwork.
- Dealing with issues which occur
- Liaising with planning department
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
- Data input experience
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- A Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)
- The ability to prioritize and work autonomously when required
