Main Purpose of Job:
The is an officed based role, predominantly supporting the sales team. Responsible for purchasing products and supporting the smooth running of the sales function and operations of the business, you are a structured and organised individual who can work well with others and build rapports with suppliers, customers, and staff in a friendly and informative manner. We require someone who is competent in using IT systems, inclusive of the Microsoft Office suite, and able to monitor and interrogate data to identify requirements and improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide daily assistance and support to the sales team – follow up on issues, manage diaries and coordinate meetings/site visits.
- Manage the purchasing of new products and replenishment of low stock items.
- Collate and update KPI information.
- Supply chain and procurement liaison
- Update latest supplier prices in stock system.
- Assist with system data, accuracy, completeness.
- Generate regular value for money reports.
- Carry out satisfaction surveys with customers.
- Follow up on customer queries.
- Monitor inbox and chat functions.
