Annual Wage: £16,000
Working Week: Monday – Friday 37hrs per week, core hours 09:30-15:00 with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
Expected Duration: 18 months

What will the apprentice be doing?
Based in Sunderland, you will provide administrative support to our Technical Governance team and typical duties will involve:
- Data management of our technical competency database
- Production of documentation in prepared templates
- E-mailing instructions to disseminate information
- Receptionist duties taking phone messages and welcoming guests
- Creating and maintaining document registers
- Document control
- Coordination of meetings
- Taking minutes at meetings
Essential Qualifications: Maths and English GCSE/equivalent grades 4/C

Training will support you to complete the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship standard (https://hoet.co.uk/apprenticeships-business-administration) which will be awarded on completion, as well as industry specific training.
