Ambersmith Wealth Consultancy Ltd. is a Financial Services company providing high quality financial advice to clients across the south east of England.
The successful applicant will be involved in general administrative duties which support the needs of our clients and the needs of our business. This will include telephone contact with clients, pension and life assurance companies to progress business.
The successful candidate will have some relevant experience, but not necessarily in the financial services profession. They will be able to demonstrate a good standard of written English and have good organisational abilities to prioritise workflow, manage diaries and liaise with external support providers. They will also be able to demonstrate use of Microsoft programs and will receive training to use our internal systems.
For the right candidate, some flexibility in working hours will be accommodated where possible.

- Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Good organisation skills;
- Strong attention to detail;

- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively;
- Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times;
