Our client is a well Known Corporate and Institutional banking organisation with headquarters in Central London and several other global locations; Providing Finance and Risk Solutions as well as Trading and Flow Sales to global financial institutions, investors, counterparties and corporate customers on a day to day basis.
The Role :
AMS is currently seeking self-motivated individuals for an administration role as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst within a leading UK bank based in Northampton This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about administration.
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst
- We’ll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by processing in an accurate and timely manner
- You’ll identify and challenge risk, protecting our customers and businesses
- You’ll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of different tasks on a daily basis
Your day-to-day will include:
- Authorising and processing in line with KPIs
- Following manual processes to reach daily targets
